What information should I send by text?+

Include your name, address, callback number, what happened, and what is currently affected. Photos can help only when you can take them without approaching exposed wiring, smoke, water, or damaged equipment.

Are there special after-hours charges?+

Emergency calls on holidays, overnight, or at midnight may include a minimum call-out fee or require payment at dispatch. The team will explain applicable charges before sending a technician.
